Beyoncé Giselle Knowles was born on September 4, 1981, in Houston, Texas. She began her singing career at an early age, competing in local talent shows and eventually forming the girl group Destiny’s Child.

At its inception, Destiny’s Child quickly became one of the top R&B groups, with their songs consistently charting at #1. Following their success, Beyoncé released her first solo album, Dangerously in Love, in 2003, achieving both commercial and critical acclaim. Over the years, she has released numerous songs and albums, both as a solo artist and in collaboration with her rapper husband, Jay-Z. In addition to her music, Beyoncé has appeared in several films and TV shows and launched her own clothing line and fragrance.

Beyoncé has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including 33 Grammys, 27 Billboard Awards, 4 Brit Awards, and 30 MTV Music Awards, among others. Her latest album, Cowboy Carter, marks a shift into a new genre, drawing inspiration from her Texan roots.
